Jennifer Hill is an Elevated Mentor, Speaker, and Space Curator dedicated to empowering women to navigate life’s transitions with resilience, purpose, and faith. Her work is rooted in the belief that every woman has the capacity to rise above challenges, rediscover her strength, and align her life with her God-given purpose.
Having walked her own path of transformation—through divorce, leaving the corporate world, building a business, single motherhood, and embracing new beginnings—Jennifer understands the courage it takes to rebuild a life. Guided by her faith, she discovered the beauty of surrender, resilience, and trusting God to shape her journey.
Jennifer’s mentorship integrates practical strategies with spiritual grounding, offering personalized and holistic programs that address every facet of a woman’s life—career shifts, relationship dynamics, spiritual growth, and personal well-being. Her mission is to provide women with the tools, guidance, and safe space they need to step boldly into their next chapter, embracing both the beauty in transition and the resilience within them.
More than a mentor, Jennifer is a community builder, creating spaces where faith-filled women can connect, uplift, and inspire one another. Inspired by her favorite scripture, Matthew 5:14—“You are the light of the world”—she sees her role as helping others find their light and let it shine.
Outside of her work, Jennifer finds joy in exploring life’s beauty—through travel, culinary adventures, hiking, health and wellness, and connecting with diverse cultures. These passions enrich her perspective and deepen her ability to serve women from all walks of life.

The work uncovers. It does not create. — You are not becoming someone new. You are returning to who you were always assigned to be.
The in-between is not a waiting room — It is the refinement. The woman on the other side was always there.
Prophetic accompaniment is not cheerleading — It is seeing clearly and naming what is true, even when the woman in front of you cannot yet see it herself.
You cannot pour from a vessel that has never been filled — Before strategy. Before execution. Before the next level. There must be wholeness.

Jennifer
I spent years being the strong one.
The one who held it together for everyone else while quietly wondering when it would be my turn. I poured into businesses, relationships, family, and community — and I did it with a full heart. But there came a season where God asked me to stop performing strength and start receiving His.
That season changed everything.
What came out of it was not a new version of me. It was the real one. The one that had always been there — underneath the roles, the responsibilities, and the relationships that no longer fit.
That is what I carry into this work.
